The key machining process for AirTOP products are finished by ourselves, from die-casting, aluminum profile precision draw, machining, casting’s shot blasting, air tightness assurance through the impregnation by vacuum pressure process and passivation treatment, aluminum profile surface oxidation treatment,to assembling and testing, for better quality control.

The cylinder covers, piston and piston rods are CNC machined, the seals are from PARKER, to ensure the cylinders work stably and safely. We has full series of solenoid valves, ranges from 1/8” to 1/2”. Overall slot structure is used for valves and special high-precision processing technology is used for the valve hole. We also do hard anodization, natural anodization for the body or color painting. Valves with different functions can be installed directly on the junctional panel, can controlling the intake and exhaust easily. Armature and coils are essential parts for any valves. AirTOP has imported a special CNC . machine from Japan, which can make the small pieces armatures and spools work efficient and precisely. We have special engineer develop and design new coils for specific valves and we also have injection machines and coil winding streamlines used for making coils. One of the oldest products for AirTOP is air treatment units, with low cost, tight structure and reliable quality. These products are very popular in South-east Asia and China, especially in South Asia.
