1. Back cover is optional: fishtail type, rounded type, horizontal type
2. The barrel of aluminum alloy mini cylinder and the front, back cover are joined together by screws.
3. The barrel of stainless steel mini cylinder and the front, back cover are joined together seamlessly by HLPC machines, making the whole cylinder looks integrate.
4. Adjustable cushion on both cylinder end covers to make sure the cylinder works very smoothly, safely and with low noise.
5. With self-lubricating bearing, the piston rod is lubrication free.
6. Magnet and various installing ways are available.
7. We can change the design according to different customers’ needs

Standard Cylinder

DNC/SI series Standard cylinder are manufactured according to ISO6431 standard, with the bore size from 32mm to 100mm. We manufacture the key parts of the cylinders by ourselves, from die-casting, aluminum profile precision draw, machining, casting’s shot blasting, air tightness assurance through the impregnation by vacuum pressure process and passivation treatment, aluminum profile surface oxidation treatment, to assembling and testing, for better quality control. The cylinder covers, piston and piston rods are CNC machined, the seals are from PARKER, to ensure the cylinders work stably and safely.

Solenoid Valve

As a professional solenoid valve manufacturer, AirTOP pneumatic & hydraulic has a wide range of solenoid valves widly used in many areas of the industry control systems.
AirTOP solenoid valves have zero differential valves, plastic solenoid valves, high pressure solenoid valves, etc. Our solenoid valves medium temperature and environment temperature ranges from -20~180C. The working pressure can reach 1.5 Mpa. The thread size ranges from 1/8” to 2”.

The seals for AirTOP solenoid valves are NBR, our valves bodies are CNC machined, to ensure excellent quality.

Directional Valve

AirTOP has various types of directional valves for 5/2,3/2,5/3 way. Most key parts of AirTOP directional valves are manufactured by ourselves, valve body and head are machined by CNC, armature and spool are finished by machines imported from Japan, important seals are from Parker. We check every part and test every valve when assembled, to ensure AirTOP valves with high quality and stable performance.

Air treatment units are auxiliary components in pneumatic automation system, they are mainly used for treating air source from air compressor, making the air clean dry with stable pressure and lubricated.
